Revolution at the Science Museum

'Direct, colourful and extremely appropriate to the environment' was how Design Week's Award Judges summed up this hospitality-category winning design.   

Our redesign of the Science Museum's principal catering space increased revenue by providing greater seating capacity, better lighting and optimum perception of the food and drink offer through the design. Whilst maintaining the café's function as a mass-catering venue, we struck a careful balance between perceptions of affordability and improved quality/style, creating an environment to suit children and adults alike.
